We are looking for someone to stay in our heritage home that is a lovely 25 minute walk from Bendigo city centre. We would like a housesitter to care for our very friendly, short haired and easy-going cat, Orval, and water our garden while we are away for 3 and a half weeks. There are also 2 chooks to care for, Dottie and Hans, that will produce an egg each per day.

We have a 3 bedroom house with views towards the city where you can see the Bendigo Cathedral spire and hope to have some veggies ready for a housesitter to use while we are away. We live in a heritage house with evaporative cooling so they will be comfortable on hot days. There is a sizable back yard with area to entertain and eat outdoors. There are bus stops a 2 minute walk from our house and off-street parking. Wifi, air-conditioning and laundry all available for a housesitter to use.

We are happy if they need to spend a few nights away and leave the cat and chooks enough food to last.
