There are no pets to look after, must be a non smoker, some salt pool knowledge maintenance would be an advantage, we have a garden mostly in pots so watering of plants is required and lawn to be mowed.

No families and no pets. It is a 4 bedroom house close to major shopping centre 10 minute walk if you are so inclined.
