Beautiful riverside acreage (125acres) with gardens, small orchard and vegetable gardens. Self contained studio accommodation we call the "Snug" for sitters, located within a shed, There is a carport for your vehicle and separate workshop. The "Snug" accommodation is purpose fitted out with separate bathroom and kitchen, air-con and wifi (sufficient data for emails and general internet browsing - we are satellite connection). Nice outlook over orchard to river from covered private patio.

Require from sitters: Quiet, clean living, non-smoking, reliable tidy and trustworthy with sound knowledge and love of gardening to maintain and improve the grounds. Some lawn maintenance and whipper snipping during wet season plus watering during dry months. Commercial mowing contractors handle mowing on bulk of property. Capable of basic property maintenance and repairs, as well as starting pump to water from river to tanks for garden watering plus servicing (oil change) on pump and handling general irrigation.

A note for sitters: if you don't like up and down this is not the place for you! It is a sloping block albeit with terraces, but still often a workout walking about the property

We love our property and wish we could be there - but work commitments currently keep us away.
