Assignment Requirements

Main House is 4 bed/3 bath with a pool.

Granny Flat is full self contained studio apartment with seperate entry that is a full time Airbnb

Requirements: Cleaning and maintaining of apartment to high standard for Airbnb guests. General home maintenance.

Cleaning and maintaining a second Airbnb town house, 2 bed 2 bath close by - 1-2 times a week maximum.

Whole house will be available to be rented during the School holidays there may or may not be bookings but If there is a booking during those times you would need to vacate. For these bookings the house will need to be cleaned to a high standard before you depart. After these whole house bookings I will hire cleaners. Many months notice would be given of these whole house bookings.

Tiny lawn and minimal gardens to maintain.
