Live in and look after a three bedroom house. There are no pets. The house is fully equipped with broadband TV....Netflix/Disney etc, wood and gas heating and within a few metres of the beach and many walking areas and golf course. There is a small shop/supermarket nearby and the town has ample coffee shops and cafes. The nearest large town with full facilities is Smithton, about 20 minutes by car. There is limited public transport so a house sitter with a car is preferred. There is room to park a caravan next to the house. Pets are not welcome inside unless under agreed circumstances as discussed with owners. The garden is minimal, with occasional mowing required. The bay in front of the house is suitable for kayaking. There are two beaches at Stanley, a surf beach (10 min walk) and an inside beach in front of the house. June to Sep can be cold but the house is double glazed and well insulated with two forms of heating. Sitters would be expected to contribute to wood/gas costs and electricity but only minimal.
