My comfortable mudbrick home is on 5 acres of land, close to wineries, gourmet food, bike trails and bush walks.

It is approximately 30 minutes to either Wangaratta or Benalla. Plenty of room for a caravan.

The house has a large off grid solar power system, a Thermalux gourmet woodstove for heating and cooking. WIFI and Netflix. Abundant tank water.

I have two donkeys, two pet sheep, four guinea fowl and three chooks to be cared for. Vegie patch to water, and some pot plants.

Many sitters have loved it here. I give a full orientation to the property, and all that is required.

I am looking for experienced sitters, preferably with livestock know how. Non smokers only.
