Three bedroom townhouse, 5 minute walk to train & shops, 10 minute walk to beach, 5 minute walk to wetlands & Biccentenial park. Caring for a 4 year old curly retriever, ideally someone who isn't gone for very long periods of time, works from home and is happy to walk the dog once a day.

Also someone who doesn't mind watering a small garden if required.
