House sit SOUTH DUDLEY

Our dogs are pretty low maintenance. Freckles is our oldest - she's a black-and-white chihuaha mix who looks like she's on stilts, and is about 14 years old. She can be wary of strangers at first, but mostly just loves to sleep on her cushion or on the bed; she's basically a cat, really. She's a little hard of hearing and her vision is starting to go, but she's spry and sweet natured. Jack is also a distinguished older gentleman, about 12 years old. He's a corgi mix who has the colouration, temperament, and braincells of a loaf of bread. He loves to curl up against you on the couch or in a warm sunspot, and is the softest creature if I've ever known. While both dogs might enjoy a short walk now and then, they mostly prefer to just explore the backyard as their primary form of exercise. 

We have a small and somewhat neglected garden plus a moderate amount of lawn, but it's mainly the dogs that need watching. As older dogs, they aren't in need of constant attention and are happy to be left at home for the day if you go exploring the area. They are not, however, suited for high-energy sitters; late night parties or lots of people coming and going would be a concern. We're looking for relaxed and calm sitter/s who want an easy summer by the sea.
