The house is on 110acres. My requirements are for a responsible person/persons to care for my 3 dogs and some livestock.

I have Llamas and also 4 horses and some chickens.

I require someone with a knowledge of horses. Both the llamas and horses will require checking and feeding of hay at least once a day. This work can easily be accomplished in one hour. It is very difficult to hurry when there is llama watching to be done. These animals captivate you and are great time wasters.

My property is located between Stroud and Bullahdelah NSW. Seal Rocks surfing beach is approx 1 hour. Hawkes Nest and Tea Gardens (40 mins). Newcastle is approx 1 hour 10 mins. It is a quiet property with access to Myall lakes National Park at the rear of the property.

I am happy for someone to come and stay in their own motor home, caravan etc at other times of the year too. Just do a bit of light work and enjoy the location.
