House sit MALMSBURY

We are Logan and Erin and you will be living in the home of Bill, Erin's dad. You will be staying in a self-contained one-bedroom flat - It is adjoined by our 3-bedroom house that we live in regularly, but usually not on weekdays. The flat is separated from the house by an undercover living area. It has everything you need - wifi, an open plan kitchen living area, separate sun/sitting room, and a large bedroom with an ensuite.

The property is located less than 10 minutes walk from Malmsbury train station, around 10 minutes drive from Kyneton, 25 minutes from Castlemaine and Daylesford. Malmsbury itself has a general store for essentials, a bakery and a pub. Malmsbury is a super cute little village, close to great restaurants and bars in neighbouring towns. There are attractive walks around the viaduct and botanic garden, charismatic town geese and the train runs regularly to Bendigo and Melbourne.

Note: We will regularly be attending the property on weekends and we bring our cats with us. For this reason you cannot bring dogs or cats with you. We are laid back and will leave you in peace. We have an 11 year old who also comes to the property with us some weekends.

ALSO: Lucky the sheep gets a bit rowdy at feeding time and can jump up on you. It would be best if you are relatively robust and not at risk of falls.

The main reason we need a house-sitter is to feed the sheep and do a bit of watering for fruit trees and pot plants depending on the weather.
