I'm seeking a female house sitter to look after my house for 7 days.

I have a 1980's style 3 bedroom, brick house, gas heating as well as reverse cycle air conditioners in each bedroom. I've just installed a brand new kitchen. The house has polished floorboards throughout. No garden maintenance is required.

The room you'll be staying in has a queen bed, with linen and a flat screen 32 in remote controlled TV for you to watch while snuggled up in bed on a cold morning. I have Foxtel in the lounge room for you to watch as well as WiFi with unlimited downloading if you need internet access.

I have 3 cats (2 x male; 1 x female) that will need to be fed twice a day too.

The neighbourhood is quiet and there is a car port to park your car in. The exterior of the house has flood light sensors so you can see your way from your car to the front door.
