I live on a small hobby farm in north east Victoria,close to Albury Wodonga, Rutherglen, Beechworth. I have two well behaved dogs and three horses. The dogs sleep inside at night and spend time inside on cold days. The horses are fed twice daily and are rugged so some changing of rugs may be necessary. The house is comfortable and clean with a low maintenance garden.NBN service is good. The closest towns are 10km away and a National Park is 2km from the house. The area is well known for wineries, good restaurants, golf courses, cycling and walking tracks,various tourist attractions and easy access to services. The country community I live in is most welcoming and previous house sitters have enjoyed being part of the community.
