Hi this house sit in Yarraville. The house is well heated, hydronic, and very comfortable. It is 15 mins on train to city, 5 mins walk to station and 5 mins walk from Yarraville village and sun theatre, cafes, bars. It requires you feeding and walking 2 sweet dogs twice a day and of course lots of patting. Other than the dogs there are lots of plants indoor and outdoor which gives the house a very relaxed feel, the plants are self managed, so you won’t need to do anything around the house. The dogs are Bo a 8 yr standard poodle and LUMI a 2 year old minature poodle. LUMI is a recent rescue and is very sweet but nervous around adults.
