Assignment Requirements

Our house is a homestead style building with large surrounding slate verandahs. Set on four acres of mainly open pasture, but enveloped by established gardens with a long driveway that winds past the tennis court to the four car garage. Close behind the shedding is a small dam that attracts the wildlife and makes for a peaceful spot to sit and listed to the birds. The garden is mostly under sprinklers systems, but just need someone to keep an eye on the plants and water when needed. We have an old Border Collie/Blue Healer cross dog that just needs some company and a walk 4-5 times a week, one chook, a friendly grey cat and some fish to feed and look after. The property is just 8kms (10 Mins by car) from the centre of Bendigo. A walking/cycle track is close by. And our full size tennis court is there just waiting to be used. The house has four bedrooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms, two toilets, modern kitchen and is airconditioned in the main areas. All rooms have ceiling fans. Wifi is also available. A new spa is also located under the pergola and available for use. Regular animal visitors on the property include kangaroos and hares, ducks and ibis and plenty of frogs in the dam, plovers, lorikeets, parrots and cockatoos occasionally.
