I have a 2 1/2 year old Field Spaniel requiring two walks a day, feeding and company over Christmas. The house is a very comfortable contemporary three bedroom home within 10 minutes walk of the dog friendly south end of Broulee Beach. This sit would suit a single person or a couple without pets or young children.

Nearby is the Broulee Brewery, Coronation Pizza and the Two Sisters Thai. After doggie exercise, enjoy walks around Broulee Island and swimming at Shark Bay. Broulee is 15 minutes drive to Moruya and 15-20 minutes drive to Batemans Bay.
