Our home is architect designed, off-the-grid, solar powered and wood-fire heated. We have all mod cons - dishwasher, frontloader, flatscreen tv, regular fridge and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove.

We have ADSL internet access and a landline.

Currently, only Optus mobile works at our location.

We are located in the middle of the bush and have no near neighbours.

It's a peaceful and tranquil location with plenty of bushwalking and wildlife spotting opportunities. Plenty of frogs, birds, wallabies and kangaroos around.

We are 15 minutes drive from the fabulous town of Castlemaine and a half an hour drive to Daylesford or Bendigo.

We have two super friendly dogs, two cats and two chooks.

You would be required to water our garden as needed using a sprinkler.

You will need to run a water pump to pump water up to a garden tank from our dam and to regularly check the solar power and run the generator if battery levels are low.

Our toilet is a rotaloo, waterless composting system.
