Assignment Requirements
Geoffrey is a gentle soul: a senior greyhound who needs to be walked in the cooler times of the day. Around 20 mins is fine. He cannot be allowed to exercise (including running in the yard) after eating - this can be fatal.
Felix is a younger cattle dog who is affectionate and smart. He is walked with a muzzle on. He's never bitten but he will nip out of fear if a bike, noisy scooter, etc comes too close, or if a dog surprises him from behind. I walk him at quieter times of the day (not peak dog walking times in the neighbourhood).
Ms Duck requires feeding twice a day, and access to her pond when possible (without dogs in the yard).
Ms Grey, a cockatiel, requires changes in water and food alternate days, and the paper in the bottom of her cage needs changing about once a week.
Garden or plant care
Average - Watering of pot plants and refilling of fish pond as needed. Pick up fallen branches as needed. Mowing may be needed once (negotiable).
Maintain cleanliness in house and keep house and pets secure.
