Hi, we have a small 3 bed house sitting on 700m2 block. Looking for someone just to live in the house and take care of garden ie watering and mowing. We have no pets to look after and happy for you to have one just not indoors. There is a bus stop around the corner which goes straight to the city and withing in a couple of mins drive you have a shopping centre and within 10 mins you will be at the coast. We have a bore for watering the garden but you will need to cover the usage of the electricity, gas and water. Any questions drop us a line...
