We have a low maintenance 3 bedroom house with wonderful views, decking areas in our front yard and backyard, a inground solar heated pool and established gardens available for your enjoyment.

We are positioned very close to public transport ( bus and train) and there is a large shopping complex 3 kms away to accommodated all of your needs .Southern Beaches are 10 min drive and we are very near the McLaren Vale Winery region. There are many National Parks nearby for you to explore.

We would require you to water our garden daily and mow a small lawn area weekly. The pool will require minimal maintenance. There is a fish that will need feeding daily
