our home is a 4 bedroom place with 2 bathrooms and a swimming pool. we live walking distance to public transport and are about 5 minutes drive to the freeway (springwood entry/exits) which takes you directly to the gold coast (about 45 mins away) or Brisbane City (about 15 minutes drive) and access to the gateway which will take you through to the airport (about 25 mins drive) and on to the sunshine coast. we are close to shops and a short drive from Garden City Shopping Centre. we are all a little eclectic ... art lovers and readers so our walls are covered in art and our rooms are stacked with hundreds of books. we live close to bike paths that lead to daisy hill forest and through many parks in the area. We also have a GREAT BIG HUGE MONSTER GREAT DANE BULL MASTIFF who will lick you to death with his big tongue ... so if being loved by a big dog scares you ... this place is not for you. Our home is not a perfect house ... we keep it clean and tidy but we live in our home and don't present it as a show house but rather as a home that is warm and comfortable. we are looking for someone who can care for our place with respect, being aware of our neighbours and of the fact that this is our base ... our safe place ... and we would love to have someone who also knows how to enjoy what is here on offer ... of course, we will need you to retrieve our mail for us, feed and water our dog, attend to the garden needs (which will be minimal) and generally be a presence at our home while we are away. looking forward to hearing from you ... thanks for reading .... all the best and happy hunting (stay safe).
