our House is 5min from Fremantke and the beach, 15min from Perth city and 5min to the river. There are a lots of lovely parks within walking distance as well as shops, restaurants and all amenities.

We have lots of animals - a dog, two indoor Birman cats, 3 chickens, fish (the tank will not need any maintenance except feeding) and a worm farm (again no maintenance just feeds of kitchen scraps) . Our house has reverse cycle air conditioning and all modern cons. We have an extensive garden and veggie patches with fruit trees which are all watered by reticulation but do have a few pot plants that need to be watered every few days.

We are leaving fairly early on the 18th if Dec and arriving home late on the 27th Dec
