House sitter, 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, car accommodation, 3/4 acre block of land. Large patio and BBQ area, chlorine swimming pool, will need chlorine added every day, chlorine will be provided but if more is need I will reimburse house sitter. Fully secure fencing for animals. Air conditioned. Mowing required, rider mower provided, very low maintenance gardens so not much garden work needed.
