We have an elderly King Charles spaniel, Milo who needs company while we are away. He is on heart medication twice a day, and since his soul mate, Millie died late last year, does not cope well with being left alone for long periods of time. He is a lovely calm dog and doesn’t need much walking due to his age and heart conditions. There are a couple of plants that need watering while we are away but otherwise nothing needs mowing. We have a beautiful house and property and just want someone who will look after our home, and provide companionship for Milo. We are about 25 minutes from Coffs Harbour and we are about 20 minutes to the nearest beach and large supermarket. This would best suit someone who is retired and who could be around during the day and evening.
