Requirements
Looking for someone reliable and trustworthy to stay at our property whilst we are away, as well as mind our dog Kami (born deaf). Also wanting someone to kindly keep our indoor plants alive :) We have an amazing coffee machine and locally roasted beans (Commonfolk cafe), WiFi, Netflix, Disney Plus, large deck out back, kids cubby house, inflatable kids waterplay equipment, BBQ and large backyard. Five to Ten minutes drive to Mornington beach, not far to lovely Mt.Martha beach and located in a quiet neighborhood. House consists of two living areas, dining area (lots of windows), four bedrooms (King bed, double bed, single bed and cott/baby room… also have double blow up bed and other double mattresses in garage), bathroom with separate toilet, ensuite, laundry and large decking area. Kami gets nervous around other dogs, (her brother passed away a few months back also), but she loves kids and basically just sleeps all the time! :)

Main bedroom - king bed with ensuite and walk in robe. (X3 other bedrooms, double, single and baby cott)
Front main lounge area (doubles as our office) with large tv and four seater L shaped couch. Also have another lounge/play area for kids.

This is Kami, she was born deaf and knows sign language. She is still a puppy at heart, LOVES food, loves kids (including dressing up) but gets nervous around other dogs (born deaf - it’s hard!) we’re looking for someone to keep our fur babies company and safe whilst we’re away.

Semi covered large deck area (kids ride on bikes and scooters)
Little girls room, single bed, lots of toys! Fairy lights over bed.
Baby / toddler room with cott
Open kitchen area with lots of seating and a big dining room table. Kids craft table in the corner and lots of toys.
Dining / lounge area out to the deck
BBQ in lower deck.
This is Kami. Born deaf, her brother passed away Sep 2021 and she’s just finding her feet again. She gets nervous around other dogs, but loved people and loves kids.
This is Kami. Her Staffy X Kelpie brother Ziggy (think Red Dog) passed away Sep 2021. She would love some new housemates over the Chrissy period to hang out with. Her main hobbies are: sleeping, eating, sleeping, cuddling on the couch, people watching (out the front windows) and ahh… sleeping. She does a daily walk with mum, but won’t need any whilst the fam is away.
