Assignment Requirements

My house is a neat, comfortable 3-bedroom, 2- bathroom brick home. I am located in Frankston South, the gateway to the beautiful wine region of the Mornington Peninsula. Port Phillip Bay is close by and there are many lovely places to visit and walk along this beautiful coastline. Melbourne is easily accessible via the Toll roads and under an hours drive to the CBD.

The house has gas heating and a split system. The kitchen is light and bright with all gadgets needed to satisfy the foodie. I have a front and rear garden, so some light mowing duties would be appreciated when necessary. (probably only once at that time of year.) Occasional watering of pots (inside and out) will be required, and the garden if for some reason it has been very dry.

I have a 14 year old Chihuahua named Beau. A sweet natured boy who is a bit shy but will warm to you when he gets to know you. Having said that, he is very nervous around young children and can react by nipping if he feels threatened, so ideally this sit is not really suited to children under 10. He requires medication twice daily for a heart murmur. Otherwise, he is healthy and spends most of his day sleeping. No dog walking required, other than letting him out for toileting and a wander in the garden. My daughter lives reasonably close by and can assist with any concerns you may have. I am looking for sitters who are house proud and will care for my home and look after my little doggy while I'm away.
