Just Feed the Cat and let it outside in the morning early. Sometimes very early so you should be an early riser. So probably someone older rather than younger will be most suitable.

There is no TV. No internet or wifi connection. So if you want internet bring your own. I use the internet on a laptop by connecting to my phone using hotspot. Works well. Phone reception is good 5g

Also no dishwashing machine. I do things the old fashion way.

A great place to stay if you like reading books.

Supermarket and shops are 500meters away. M1 Motorway is so close you can hear it if the wind is blowing from that direction. Usually the wind comes from the south so it is very quiet.

Very fast to go north to Brisbane or south to any part of the Gold Coast. The location is in between.

Plenty of covered parking for caravan.
