We are looking for a responsible and experienced house sitter to care for our home and beloved pets while we are away.

Our home is located in beautiful Burleigh Waters, within walking distance to the beach and the vibrant James Street precinct, with its cafes, shops and restaurants.

The house features: A swimming pool, Media room, Well-appointed kitchen and Comfortable indoor and outdoor living spaces

Pets include 6-year-old medium-sized Labradoodle (friendly, active) and an 8-year-old cat (low maintenance, affectionate).

Our dog requires two walks per day (morning and evening) and enjoys companionship. The cat is very easy to care for.

Responsibilities include

Daily care of both pets

Walking the dog twice daily

General home care and cleanliness

Light gardening (mainly watering plants as needed)

House Rules

No families

No parties

No smoking

No visitors (unless agreed in advance)

No additional/visiting pets

We are looking for someone who will treat our home with care and enjoy spending time with our pets.

Preference will be given to sitters with previous experience, positive reviews and references. We would also like to arrange a meet and greet prior to confirming.
