We would love someone who is comfortable with a dog and cat. This is a new home for us and the animals and we move in, in 3 weeks. Both animals are use to acreage and are moving to 800sqm. They should be transitioned by the time we leave. They are both easy and friendly.

If you could just water the plants and take care of them. General housekeeping is appreciated. So do not have any photos of the house we have been there once. It is one floor. Large alfresco area and 4 bedroom and 2 bath. There will be a garage for a car. Security doors and cameras.

Close to shops, food outlets, bakery and supermarkets, petrol stations.

We are close to the beach and lots of great walking tracks. We have a cinema close by along with Sandstone Point Hotel with great meals. RSL clubb, Bowls club and Woorim Surf club at beautiful Woorim beach. Cheap meals and good food.
