Assignment Requirements

Bulli is nestled at the foot of the escarpment, south of the Royal National Park and 12miles north of Wollongong. 1hr15min to Sydney on the train.

Our house is on a nice quiet road, with lots of parking, safe family neighbourhood.

10min walk is Bulli village with Woolies, the pub, the Thai, the cafe etc

10min drive is Thirroul which is like a mini Byron Bay.

We can see the sea from our balcony (5min drive, 20min walk) and ut the back is the rainforest with 45minute walls

You can use our car if you don't have one

Our house is up a steep driveway which can cause our older and wiser guests a few niggles. House has a beach retreat kinda vibe.

PETS

Franke, 2.5yo, Bull Arab, Border Collie / Kelpie cross, black and white, very loving, loyal and fun. good guar dog but doesnt bite. Needs two walks a day and loves the dog friendly beaches

Finn 7yo, grey cat with white paws and nose, keeps himself to himself but prone to a cuddle.
