House Sitting in oberon, 2787

Living in Oberon requires a reliable vehicle, as the high-altitude terrain and spread-out layout make walking to major services difficult. Most daily errands, including grocery runs or pharmacy visits, necessitate a short drive into the township centre. While the pace of life feels quiet and much slower than the coast, having your own transport ensures you can manage pet duties without stress. You might find yourself driving to local parks for morning walks with a dog or navigating the chilly, frost-covered roads during winter months. Finding fresh produce often involves heading to local outlets or planning trips to nearby markets. Accessing the town’s small café strip provides a convenient spot for a quick coffee, but most residents rely on home cooking. When looking after a home here, prepare for dramatic temperature shifts between day and night. Keeping the heating managed and ensuring pets stay warm is a practical priority in this cool, highland climate.
