House Sitting in tathra, 2550

Life in Tathra settles into a gentle rhythm defined by the movement of the tide and the scent of salt air. Most mornings begin with a slow walk along the coastal track toward the estuary or a coffee at a local cafe along the main strip. Neighbors tend to recognize one another by sight, often exchanging greetings while walking dogs along the shoreline. This close-knit atmosphere means that looking after a home here feels less like being a stranger and more like being a temporary member of the local fabric. Caring for pets involves regular outings to the grassy stretches near the beach or quiet strolls through the nearby woodland trails. The pace of life slows down significantly once you move away from the main road, allowing for long afternoons spent watching the surfers from the porch. Maintaining the property means respecting the coastal elements, perhaps keeping an eye on the garden after a sea breeze. It is a quiet, grounded way of living that rewards those who appreciate simple, seaside routines.
