House Sitting in merimbula, 2548

Living in Merimbula means adopting a slower, salt-crusted rhythm dictated by the tides. Morning routines often revolve around long walks along the Merimbula Lake boardwalk or catching the sunrise atinga Beach before the midday heat settles. When watching over a home, you might find yourself walking a dog along the sandy stretches of Malua Beach or heading into town for a coffee on Fruita Street. The local atmosphere encourages a lifestyle of coastal exploration rather than urban hustle. Weekends offer plenty of movement for those seeking fresh air. You can navigate the winding trails of Ben Boyd National Park or browse the local stalls at the weekend markets to stock the pantry with regional produce. Driving to nearby Pambula or Tathra is easy for a change of scenery, though many house sitters prefer staying close to the shoreline. Managing a property here feels less like a chore and more like an invitation to embrace the Southern Coast's natural landscape.
