House Sitting in bermagui, 2546

Life in Bermagui moves to the rhythm of the tides and the seasonal migrations of the whales. Days often begin with a walk along Braille Beach or a slow stroll through the walking trails encircling Wallaga Lake, where the stillness of the water provides a quiet backdrop for morning routines. When pet care calls for extra energy, the wide, sandy stretches of Old Main Beach offer ample room for long walks with a dog. The local tempo encourages sitting on a porch with a book rather than rushing through a checklist. Food revolves around the freshest catch from the local wharf and the community atmosphere of the weekly markets. You might find yourself wandering the small strip of shops for a flat white or picking up supplies for a sunset cook at the house. Navigating the area is simple by car, though most essentials sit within a short drive along the coast. This is a place for observing the changing light over the headlands while maintaining the steady, gentle care a home and its animals require.
