House Sitting in san remo, 2262

Living in San Remo offers a rhythmic, coastal pace that settles in quickly once you find your footing. Mornings usually begin with a walk along the waterfront boardwalk, where the salt air meets the steady movement of local anglers. If you are watching a pet, the nearby walking trails provide ample opportunities for long, guided strolls through coastal scrub or along the shore. The local culture revolves around the ebb and flow of the tides, and life slows down significantly after the day-trippers depart. Food lovers find comfort in the casual café strips tucked away from the main tourist thoroughfares, where a morning coffee feels unhurried. Weekend markets offer a chance to stock a pantry with local produce, making it easy to settle into a domestic routine. While the town serves as a gateway to Phillip Island, the true charm lies in the quiet afternoons spent in local parks or watching the sunset from the cliffs. Maintaining a home here means embracing this stillness.
