House Sitting in north bondi, 2026

Living in North Bondi requires a shift toward a walking-centric routine. Most daily errands are handled on foot, moving between the quieter residential streets and the coastal path that skirts the cliffs. For morning exercise with a dog, the oceanfront trail toward Tamarama offers consistent shade and steady terrain. If you need groceries or supplies, the small convenience stores on Campbell Parade serve basic needs, but most residents head toward Bondi Junction via the 333 bus for major supermarkets and larger pharmacies. Navigating the area relies heavily on the frequent bus service that runs along the main strip. This provides reliable access to the city without needing a car, which is helpful given the scarcity of street parking. On weekends, the local markets provide fresh produce for home-cooked meals, keeping your time in the house focused on relaxation. Respecting the quietude of the side streets is essential, as the neighborhood settles into a slower rhythm once the daytime crowds retreat from the beach.
