House Sitting in bondi beach, 2026

Living in Bondi requires a rhythm dictated by the tides and the morning swell. Mornings usually begin with a walk along the coastal path toward Tamarama, where the salt air makes even the simplest dog stroll feel purposeful. While the main strip draws crowds, the real charm lies in the quiet side streets near North Bondi. You might find yourself lingering over a flat white at a small cafe on Hall Street or browsing the local organic stalls at the weekly markets. Caring for a home here means embracing a slower, sun-drenched pace of life. Instead of rushing, use the downtime to settle into the coastal lifestyle, perhaps reading in the shade of a backyard fig tree or watching the sunset from the dunes. Transport is straightforward, with buses linking you easily to the city, but most locals prefer the freedom of walking. Between managing pet feeding schedules and garden maintenance, you will naturally absorb the understated, laid-back energy that defines this stretch of coastline.
