Our home is situated on a leafy hill in Upper Ferntree Gully, overlooking a large park. It is walking distance to the supermarket, train station, local restaurants and cafes as well as the 1000 steps and nearby walking tracks. The train station has buses and trains in to the city, or to nearby towns in the Dandenong Ranges, which is full of cute cafes, shops and walking trails through the forest.

Our home has a large backyard with a small balcony, a large bedroom with couch and TV, an open kitchen space with dining table and two other rooms with each of our studies. The house has floorboards, large windows and a leafy view.

We have two tabby cats, a 7 year old boy Momo and 6 year old girl Yuki and are looking for someone who is able to look after them. They are low maintenance cats that can be left to roam in the garden or sleep inside, but you would need to be home at least some of the day to feed them and give them a pat.

We also have a few houseplants that need watering, but otherwise our house is low maintenance and we just ask it be tidy when we return.

You would be free to use the TV which has Netflix and Foxtel and WiFi with your own devices :)
