We have a rural/bush property with beautiful views overlooking a national park on 98 acres. Our house has 3 bedrooms, open plan sitting room/kitchen/dining room, laundry, office and two bathrooms. Very cosy and comfortable. Wood stove heating (we have lots of cut wood!). Semi wild garden - low maintenance with automatic watering except for pots. We have two dogs. One 8 year old Lab cross Kelpie and a 2 year old Golden Retriever. We also have 2 alpacas and 2 goats who require very little attention. We are 10km from two small towns (Chiltern and Beechworth) and 45km from a large rural town (Albury Wodonga). Only an hour from the Victorian Alps and 10 minutes from the main Sydney to Melbourne freeway (Hume).
