Care for a 14 year old elderly dog, Monty and a cat, Lola with attitude. The dog would only require a very short walk, a few times a week. Both have good temperaments and sleep inside house. There is a cat flap.

House contains 3 bedrooms, study and has a small pool, currently covered for winter.

It takes 10 -15 minutes walk to Woy Woy station, 15 minutes to bike paths and walks along the waterfront, 5 minutes drive to Ettalong beach and a 1:15 hour train ride to Sydney - Central station.
