Watering the garden (on reticulation) and mowing the grass. Just keep the garden neat and the house clean.

Our house is a comfortable new build, in a quiet street. The block is 1 acre with a landscaped garden, it sounds a lot but it is easy to maintain. The house is also easy to keep clean. If need be, a caravan could be stored at the back of the garden or on the driveway. We have friendly and helpful neighbours.

Branyan is part of Bundaberg, a regional town at the southern tip of the Great Barrier Reef. Beaches are beautiful. Excursions from Bundaberg to Hervey Bay (Whale watching, Fraser Island) or from Bundaberg snorkling at Lady Elliot Island.

Only people with references and a police check will be considered.
