We are looking for a house sitter to look after our home and our middle aged desexed tabby cat for 54 days. The house is very close to 2 trams( 96 and 11) . a bus(508) and a train. Off street parking is available on our driveway. It would be ideal for a single person or a couple. A ground floor double bedroom and bathroom with spa bath and separate shower is available for the sitter/s. Other ground floor rooms are a study with laser printer, and laundry with washer and drier and a separate toilet. There is a kitchen and open planned living/dining room. Secure Wifi and nbn are available and the house has hydronic heating in all rooms. There are small gardens at the front and back which are very low maintenance. The cat likes to spend her days outside in the sun. When it is cold/rainy she sleeps on the end of our bed and sulks. She prefers to do her business in the garden so she rarely uses her dirt tray which is kept in the laundry. We have comprehensive home and contents insurance and we will organise with our vet if any treatment should be required.
