SPACIOUS HOUSE 2 MINS FROM STUNNING MULLALOO BEACH!

Looking for single person or couple - local or travellers - we have good internet for those working from home.

Must love animals!

Our home is an edible wonderland of fruit, veg and herbs complete with a flock of 11 chickens (help yourselves to eggs!) and medicinal plants.

Being an animal lover is a must - we also have 2 dogs and a cat to care for (one large dog and one small).

Our lovely home is situated right down the road from Mullaloo beach - kms of stunning beach (a 2-minute drive but can walk it). There are plenty of options to eat out within a couple of km - restaurants or takeaways of all descriptions. Our location is perfect - 20 minutes into the CBD, 5-minute drive from Joondalup CBD, Bush walks, the beach, Hillary's boat harbour is about a 10 minutes drive - that has a lovely holiday feel with shops and food and the AQWA aquarium.

The gardens are on retic so nothing to do there except maybe water the patio pots once or twice a week depending how warm it is.

We really only want to offer the spare room so could also be suitable for a single parent with child if happy to stay in same room although potentially we could offer up a single kids room too.

We have space to park a caravan and our home is a very spacious 4x2 which is now almost fully renovated with a new kitchen and patio just installed.

Our dogs are used to having people around so if you intend being out all day every day then please do not apply.

I need to be able to meet you beforehand in person to enable me to make a decision. Happy to do a Skype call if you’re out of state etc currently. On the day we leave we will also need a handover period to finalize anything and make sure the dogs are settled before we leave.

The dates I have set are accurate to within a day either side - we are going up to Exmouth so depends whether we do a stop on the way up or back overnight.
