Solar powered home on 25 hectares of bush metres from the sea. Kangaroo Island is a tourist destination so there is plenty to see and do and lots of community clubs to be involved in. The house is five minutes from a bitumen road that leads to Penneshaw or Kingscote where there are numerous country facilities. Satellite, internet and smart TV is available. House sitters are to look after chooks, large veggie garden and indoor plants. Keep an eye on the solar system and the rainwater tanks. It would be an advantage if sitters had some practical experience. We give an orientation day before we leave and a property manual for your reference while we are away.
