Our ground floor modern apartment consists of 2 bedrooms (king bed, double bed), 2 bathrooms, tv den, living room, dining room, courtyard with bbq, laundry and kitchen. If required there is an undercover car spot below accessed by stair or lift. Our apartment is opposite a golf course, 100 m to a shopping village, 150 m to a regular bus service and 300 m to Rose Bay ferry. The apartment has a/c. The reason we need someone is we have a whippet who we need cared for. Ted is pretty easy - once he is used to you he will sleep most of the time - and if given an inch will be in bed with you! He would love a walk each day . He can go out to our back garden area to do his business so there is no need to take him out for that. Having said that he makes the most of those morning walks so don’t forget the doggy bags. Apart from Teddy the garden looks after itself so you should have a relaxing stay.
