I live in a 3 bedroom townhouse in a complex of 24 houses. I back onto a preschool so there is some noise during the day but quiet at night. I have a 9-year-old Jack Russell who likes a daily walk and there is plenty of options, all flat walking. If my dates overlay with commitments you already have I can make other arrangements for those days.
