We have a 5 acre semi-rural horse property in Oakford which is between Armadale and Byford (close to Tonkin Highway & 30 mins from Perth CBD). There is a main house on the property with a fantastic granny flat (1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and fully furnished) - which is nicely renovated and extremely homely. We have a few animals at our hobby farm: 2 horses, a cat, a dog, some chickens and fish plus a beautiful garden to take care of. This may or may not appeal to you but we are open to the right couple to have a base at ours (beyond the dates required), subject to us all getting along. In return, we would like ongoing assistance with some jobs at the property and housesitting while we go on holiday from 13 - 27 September 2018. We are open to you arriving as and when suits you (within reason!) and stay until after our holiday.
