Require sitters for 3 weeks while we are O/S

2 bedroom + study house with detached studio. The Studio is rented out casually on airbnb and we expect to have guests during the house sit period. Other than cleaning after each guest the bookings will be run from my phone O/S. In the last 6 months we have found that our privacy has rarely been interrupted by guests as the studio is separate from the house.

We have a pool, large deck with BBQ and are 250m from the beach and 1.5km to bowling club/town. There is aircon in the master bedroom and ceiling fans in all other rooms.

We are looking for a sitter because each year we come home and the garden is ruined from lack of water.

Collect mail

Clean the pool - takes 15 mins

Mow the grass twice while we are away

Water the lawns and garden beds regularly

Clean the studio after each airbnb check out and wash the linen. Cleaning takes approx 1 to 1.5hrs. No guests check in required. Keys are in a locked box.
