Swimming hole / Creek in back yard

Sealed road to Bloomfield and Cooktown boat ramps 1/2 Hr Drive away

2x fun loving ,cute, couch potato dogs. A walk down the creek every now and then will keep them happy :)

5x elusive Fish.. easy peasy

Pot Plants ½ hr of your time every couple of days to water pot plants

Lawns.. Ahhh 2Hrs a fortnight of mowing (with Ride on)
