We live on acreage 20 minutes from Grafton. Have 3 dogs ( kelpie x and 2 foxies) very friendly dogs 1 cat, ( thinks it is a dog) 5 chooks and some cattle. Our dogs love company. Cattle just need to make sure troughs have water ( we electrical pump from river) Property fronts Clarence River. We have a pool, A/C a quiet rural spot.
