About the Home

We are looking for a responsible and clean house sitter to look after our modern 3-bedroom apartment and beautiful 3-year-old cat, Ali while we are travelling for two weeks.

Situated in Caulfield North, the apartment offers exceptional connectivity — a 1-minute walk to the 605 bus, a 5-minute walk to a tram stop, and a 15-minute stroll to Armadale train station.

You'll also be within easy reach of the Glenferrie Road Malvern, St Kilda, and Elsternwick shopping and café strips, with Glenferrie Road being in walking distance. There are also coffee shops and a Woolworths Metro just a 10-minute walk away.

Set in a quiet, secure boutique building of just four apartments, the home features two balconies — ideal for a morning coffee or an evening wind-down with a drink in hand.

* High-speed Wi-Fi (perfect for remote workers). Netflix & Youtube if needed.

* Full kitchen with dishwasher

* Internal laundry washing machine only

* Reverse-cycle air conditioning

Ali the cat:

The true heart of the home is Ali — our sweet domestic shorthair. She's an indoor-only cat who is low-maintenance but deeply social. She'll probably shadow you from room to room and has a particular fondness for Netflix sessions.

Ali's Daily Routine:

• Feeding: Wet and dry food each morning and evening

• Litter: Scoop her litter box once a day

• Water: Keep her water fountain topped up

She's not demanding — she just loves having someone around.

What We're Looking For

We'd love to welcome a single person or couple who:

• Genuinely enjoys cats — Ali thrives with real company, not just someone passing through to fill her bowl

• Quiet building with respect for neighbours’ peace and comfort. Looking for a similar, low-key house sitter.

• Is clean and respectful — We'd love to return to it just as we left it.

• Is a non-smoker — strictly no smoking inside or on the balconies.

No garden maintenance required, though our few indoor plants that would appreciate a water once a week!
